We ship same day Tuesday - Saturday if the order is placed before 5PM CST. We do not ship on Sunday and Mondays.

We offer a flat rate of $6.99 on all orders, and when you spend $100+ you will receive FREE shipping!

We only accept exchanges, no refunds.

Our exchange policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You must also have your receipt.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items cannot be exchanged.

To exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 115 Stadium Drive, Hendersonville, TN 37075.

Once we receive the item/items back, you will then receive a store credit via email that you can then use towards anything on the website. This store credit will expire one year from the date it is issued.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
